  • A representative of the Schooltime Series will be available to answer questions by emailing schooltime@popejoypresents.com.

At the Performance

  • We will have staff and volunteers available to assist you during your visit.
  • You may use our family restrooms located in the lower lobby.
  • You can bring comfort objects or plastic water bottles into the theatre with you if needed.
  • The house lights will be dimmed rather than turned completely off.
  • Sound levels will be adjusted to soften dialogue, music, and sound effects.
  • Our expectations for audience noise and moving around will be relaxed.
  • A cool-down area with a closed-circuit feed from the show will be available in the lower lobby.

To access the lower lobby, go down the central stairs. You will know you’ve arrived when you reach an open seating area.
