Broadway in New Mexico Subscriber Terms
Broadway in New Mexico Season Subscriptions, and all Tickets and Additional Tickets purchased under any Subscription, are subject to the terms on this page, the Broadway Across America® Standard Season Subscription Terms and Conditions, and the Broadway in New Mexico offer details. By purchasing a Broadway in New Mexico Season Subscription, you agree to such Terms and Conditions.
- Ticket Fees
The price of each Broadway in New Mexico subscription reflects the face value of your tickets, $16 in handling fees for all non-Gold Circle season tickets, a total of $20 in facility and event fees, all applicable taxes, and, if applicable, the Gold Circle season ticket fee noted below. A $4 facility and event fee is included in the price of each ticket sold through the Ovation Series.
- The Gold Circle Program
Subscriptions for Gold Circle subscribers (Orchestra A-K, Center/ L and M 101-106 and 116-121/ A-P 301-302 and 201-202 and F, G and I 301-304 and 201-204. All of center Mezz. AA-EE.) include a $50 fee for each subscription purchased. Gold Circle season ticket holders receive priority access to premium seat locations, available only to these subscribers, prior to seats being placed on sale to the general public.
- UNM Subscription Pricing
The 50% UNM discount applies to the first two subscriptions purchased. Extra subscriptions are charged at the general subscription price. Call (505) 277-4569 for a supplemental order form. For faculty/staff, UNM pays half the subscription as a taxable benefit to qualify for the benefit, you must be employed and paid by UNM with at least 0.5 FTE as of September 1, 2024. For students, half the subscription is paid from an award by the Student Fee Review Board. Students must be enrolled for at least 6 credit hours as of September 1, 2024 for the Fall 2024 semester. The student discount lasts as long as funds are available.
- Exchanges
Beginning August 1, exchange your Broadway in New Mexico tickets for another performance of the same show, or your Ovation Series tickets to any other Ovation Series show. Exchanges must be made up to 48 hours prior to the earlier production for weeknight performances, and by 5pm MT Thursday for weekend performances. Exchanges may only be made by the owner of the tickets. Differences in ticket prices may require additional payment. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment for exchanges incurring a reduction in price.
- Ticket Limits
There is an eight (8) ticket limit per account, billing address or credit card. Orders that exceed this limit will be canceled without notice, including multiple orders with the same account, billing address or credit card. No refunds or exchanges.
- Health and Safety Measures
Events are being planned at full capacity. We reserve the right to unilaterally make changes to health protocols according to updated public health guidance and applicable law at the time of performance. COVID-19 related health protocols may be in effect at the time of performance, including temperature checks, testing, proof of vaccination, confirmation of prior travel to restricted areas, and/or confirmation of no known symptoms of and exposure to COVID-19. Future updates will be provided to ticket holders prior to the performance. Any ticket holder who does not comply with any COVID-19 related health protocol may be required to leave the theater, and their ticket will not be refunded.
